The intervention of planning and extraordinary maintenance previews the complete renovation of all the floors of the building to exclusion of the canteen area.
It is developed with a T-system on a rectangular lot, the building has the main view on the Corso di Porta Nuova towards which it rises with two wings on a central portion, concluded by a terrace.
In the central block there is an eight-storey body longitudinal to the lot, intended for offices and ends with a smaller block overlooking Via Cernaia. The building also includes 2 basement floors mostly consisting of technical and logistics rooms.The property will be certified according to the protocol V4 for Core and Shell, GOLD level, therefore all the process of design will be targeted, in addition to the attention to the containment of energy consumption, also to meet the requirements of the leed protocol (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
