The current Fashion hotel Moschino, built in 1840 in a neoclassical style, represented the first railway station in Milan. It was aquired by Allianz Global Investor in 2005 and it was completely trasformed under the artistic direction of the fashion designer Rossella Jardini and Jo Ann Tan into a fashion luxury hotel.
The renovation works have particularly affected the internal bearing structures substituted with wood and steel, keeping intact the external envelope for historical and architectural reasons. It includes 54 rooms, 15 suites and also basement space for a new wellness center.
