In the heart of Rome, near the St. Peter’s dome, the order of the Franciscan Friars has restored an old building destined to be a religious seminary.
The new intervention foresees the transformation into a hotel for the pilgrims and Ricci S.p.A. has intervened in the construction of new structures to be used for parking and the complete renovation of the existing ones through a complex technique called the “indenting system”.
The project also envisaged the realization of new installations and all the finishes under the technical direction of the architects team in charge of the Antoniane Foundation..
