Renovation involves the historical sporting centre “Centro Balneare Caimi” built in 1932. The aim of this important intervention is to preserve its original architectural features for the Olympic pool and the children’s pool.
Furthermore, the entire requalification involves a modern adaptation according to the principles of sustainability and hygiene for the mechanical plants, the locker rooms and a historic building originally intended for a gymnasium, today converted into multi functional spaces and a restaurant with terrace.
