The building is situated in the centre of Rome adjacent to the River Tiber. It’s a modern architectural building designed for Hotel Suite and Fitness Center of 2500 sqm on three levels.
The structure in reinforced concrete is characterized by geometric sloping splayed from the ground to the sky with 8 floors above ground and three basement floors. The basement flat is enclosed in a crystal structure and includes fitness centre with a terrace overlooking the Tiber river.
The realization of this project adjacent to the river sees the adoption of modern construction methods such as top-down excavations monitoring the waterbed and the construction of frameworks with reinforced concrete structures.
