Realization of a building at the industrial establishment Oto Melara in La Spezia. The intended use of the new building regards offices and industrial laboratories with plant prescriptions in line with site security standards.

The bearing structure is made up of a one meter high slab in reinforced concrete. The off-ground structures consist of two staircases / lifts made with perimeter walls, septic and ramps. At the structures described above, beams and prefabricated pillars are anchored, while the soles are made of spiral type slabs.

The building is divided into four floors with total surface area of about 3.000 sqm, finished externally with ventilated façades with surface finish realized by applying porcelain stoneware slabs.ntro commerciale.
